We are a marketing service providing the physical display of books for authors and publishers at major book fairs around the world without the authors or publishers attending personally. Our trained staff attends all book fairs and has an average of 25 years of publishing experience each among them.
Exposure and discover-ability is key to marketing your book. BFA provides the service to put your book “front and center”, to hundreds of thousands of book buyers at the book fairs it attends. We also provide important information on how these book buyers can purchase books through major retail outlets such as Amazon and Barners & Noble, as well as large distributors that provide important services and sales channels to librarians and schools in the US and around the world.
BFA provides an affordable way to give your book valuable exposure and discover-ability without having to attend these shows personally and pay thousands of dollars to purchase a booth, re-service hotel rooms, shipping charges, etc.
Our print and online searchable catalogs are available on our website after the show has ended, continuing your book promotion for at least two years after the show has ended.
Providing Book and Ebook Displays at Major Book Fairs Around the World to Hundreds of Thousands of Book Buyers.
Showcasing the physical paperback or hardcover book at shows you select to participate in. Your Print Book Display will include a listing in BFA’s exhibit catalog with a book description that is given away free of charge at the show. It also includes the same description in our online searchable catalog which remains live on our website for a period of two years. A full list of shows can be found here.
Showcasing your Ebook on large monitors at the show with a sampling of pages available for reading. BFA will also print the cover of your book and mount it on a hard backing and show it alongside the printed books on display. On the cover will be a flag that says “See Ebook Display”. Your EBook Display will include a listing in BFA’s exhibit catalog with book description in our print catalog given away free of charge at the show. It also includes the same listing on a specially created page just for ebooks which remains live on our website for a period of two years. A full list of shows can be found here.

New Title Showcases are official exhibits of the fair. These include the Bologna Book Fair and the London Book Fair. These shows are promoted heavily by the shows and are given prime exhibit space for maximum exposure. A full list of shows can be found here.
Full page ads are available for all shows and gives you additional exposure and discoverability. Ads can be reserved during the Print and Ebook registration process. It is up to the author to supply the 8 ½” x 11” ad to BFA in pdf format. Some publishers will produce the ad for the author. It is suggested that you check with your publisher prior to registering for the ad. Free ads can be obtained by selecting two or more shows. You will be prompted to choose the show you would like the ad to appear in during the registration process.
